Dr Andrew Roberts is a Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist

Andrew is a Gastroenterologist with a sub-specialty interest in Interventional Endoscopy. He completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with Honours at Monash University and completed his Gastroenterology training through Monash, Austin and Eastern Health with a year of fellowship in Interventional Endoscopy at The Royal Melbourne Hospital. He plans to undertake further training in Interventional Endoscopy at King's College Hospital in London.

Andrew performs gastroscopy, colonoscopy, removal of large polyps, and diagnosis and surveillance of Barrett's oesophagus. Andrew is well experienced in all facets of gastroenterology and sees all patients with liver related disease, coeliac disease, iron deficiency, reflux disease, inflammatory bowel disease, and irritable bowel syndrome, and other gastroenterology-related conditions.

Outside of work, Andrew is having fun with being a new father and enjoys playing a variety of sports.
